Our Scranton office is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and closed Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday. You can reach our on-site manager by phone at (570) 969-9522 during office hours and you can rent a unit or pay your bill online anytime.
You can access your storage unit 7 days a week, from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, including weekends. Our gated facility lets you drop off or pick up your belongings on your own schedule, even when the office is closed.
No. UrbanLock Storage offers flexible month-to-month rentals, so you can store short-term or long-term with no long-term contract. Whether you need space for a few weeks during a move or for years, you only pay for the time you need.
For safety and legal reasons, you may not store hazardous, flammable, or combustible materials (such as gasoline, propane, or chemicals), perishable food, live animals or plants, stolen or illegal items, or anything that produces strong fumes or odors. The right unit size depends on how much you're storing. UrbanLock Storage offers a wide range of drive-up units in Scranton:

Reserve and rent a unit online in minutes, visit our office during business hours, or call (570) 969-9522 and our manager will walk you through it. Before move-in, the manager reviews your lease and you'll email a copy of your driver's license to scranton@urbanlockstorage.com.
To rent a unit you'll need a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license) and proof of address. After you sign your lease, email a copy of your driver's license to scranton@urbanlockstorage.com so the manager can verify it and activate your gate access.
